2 sims in Oppo Reno 2Z

Hi all, since last month I'm not able anymore to have 2 sims in my oppo reno 2z. I have fastweb my private with internet data and vodafone only voice as bussiness. It has been always like that, but unfortunally it doesn't work anymore. It means, if 2 sims are in I can just make calling and receiving, but any internet, social and whatever asks "data" connection. As example, if I write a msg in wathsApp it stays there waiting for connection. I've tried several restart, switch off, switching...
